Electro High Vacuum Flapper Valve
GQC-5 electro high vacuum charging valve uses electromagnetic force as drive. When power is connected, valve will be closed to keep vacuum system isolated from the air, and when power supply is disconnected, valve will be opened and air will enter vacuum system. Applicable medium can be pure air and noncorrosive gases. |
